No. Sausage. Sizzle.

Infer what you will people. Interestingly a member of the HtV people made a comment about the distinct LACK of a sausage sizzle. Bless her.

nothing sizzled around here... and the nearest thing to hot in the HtV crowd was for the greens candidate... but not sufficiently hot as to swing the vote...

I should've voted where my parents did... sausages AND cakes!

That's so unfair! We didn't have any sort of snack bar around my polling station.

That's it, I'm moving.

No wonder the education system is going to wrack and ruin (it's got nothing to do with the incumbents) .... schools just don't do fundraisers like they used to .... no sausages or cakes at my polling station/school yard. What's wrong with P&F's (or P&C's) these days - they just have no interest in the economic situation of their kid's school ... don't they want new library books next year?

Where I used to live they combined local elections with the farmer's market. You could pick up your veggies and cast your ballot in one go. The only thing that I remember about the election itself was that there was a guy called Nigel Freemarijuana on the ballot paper.
